Registration and abstract informationREGISTRATION The registration fee includes participation to the congress, the conference program and 2 coffee breaks, lunch and evening drink per day (except no evening drink on Sept. 6th). The fee does not include hotel, gala dinner (evening of Sept. 6th) and field trip expenses. To register and pay for the GIMS 11 conference please follow these steps: 1) Go to this webpage : http://dr02.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr/pre-inscription.php?colloque=74&
lang=en and fill in the form called “Preregistration for the
conference : GIMS 11”. Please note that this
step is necessary even if you have already pre-registered on the GIMS11
website. 2) You will receive an email saying that your pre-registration has been registered. This should take less than a few hours. Follow the link in this email to the “Confirm a pre-registration” webpage. 3) Fill in your name and email in the “Confirm a pre-registration” webpage and follow the steps to final registration and payment. - You will be given two options: payment by credit card or by bank transfer. - If you are paying by bank transfer please add “GIMS11” and your name and surname in the transfer information. 4) You will receive a receipt for your payment by email. This will be sent upon payment by credit card or when the bank transfer will have been received. ABSTRACT Submission To submit your abstract log in to the GIMS11 website with your login and password and then click on "Submissions" in the "MySpace" menu on the left. Format ABSTRACT TITLE (Times New Roman, 14 pt, capital bold) Smith J.*, Brown R. & Black J. (Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold) Institution, address and email address (Times New Roman, 12 pt italic) Type text in Times New Roman 12 pt, single spaced, justified. The length should not exceed 600 words or two A4 pages. One or two figures and a table can be included. |
